Garry Mansfield Charity Day
The Garry Mansfield Charity Day has become well entrenched in the Latrobe golfing calendar and is a fine way to remember a Club legend and raise money for the St Vincent’s Ear, Nose and Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Unit.

Open Days
Open Days are usually held on the first Monday of each month. They are open to male and female Members of Latrobe Golf Club and males and females who are not Members of Latrobe Golf Club but who are bona fide members of other clubs affiliated with the VGA, WGV or VGL or interstate or overseas equivalent and who can provide proof of handicap and membership (Golf Link card or Manager’s Introduction) of such club.

Latrobe Open
The Latrobe Open Amateur is a 36-hole event held annually in January for elite male golfers. There is an upper limit for handicaps (normally about 5). It is an Ivo Whitton event; that is, scores in this event contribute to the scores of entrants in the VGA’s Ivo Whitton events.

Oaks Day
Each year the Latrobe ladies get into the spirit of the Spring Carnival and host a Charity fundraiser on Oaks Day. This competition is open to any female who is a member of a golf club and holds an official handicap. All funds raised on the day go to Charity.

Latrobe Bowl
Each year the Latrobe ladies host the Latrobe Bowl which involves teams from Clubs from all over Victoria being invited to compete. Teams of three ladies from each club compete for the Bowl Trophy which was originally donated to the Club by Mrs Phyl Muir in 1962.
